Citrix Workspace Freezing – Notice & Guidance

We have discovered an issue with newer versions of Citrix Workspace that causes the desktop to become unresponsive. As a workaround, maximizing the window has proven to help trigger a screen refresh and restore functionality.

This can be found on the top right of the window, shown below:

Please note that not all freezing issues are related to Citrix. If you experience freezing within CGM eMDs, continue to use the Frozen Session feature available on the Happe website.
